Parts Manager

Manage Parts Department Customer Satisfaction by negotiating complaints to satisfactory conclusions and expediting accurate parts orders for customers and the service department. Develop and implement a marketing plan and operating budget while conducting periodic physical inventory to monitor and control stock levels, shortages, and shrinkage. Acquire and maintain productive staff by directing daily activities and coordinating with other departments to best serve the company. Monitor expenses and promote parts and accessory lines to drive profitability across the Lawn & Garden, Commercial, Turf, and Farm industries. Requires leadership, tact, and knowledge of industry parts needs.
