Job Summary
Manage parts operations by processing transfers, creating sales orders in NAV, and executing receiving, storage, shipping, and counter sales duties in a 3,000-10,000 square foot warehouse. Lead physical inventory, cycle counts, and material restocking while maintaining bin location accuracy and quality standards. Facilitate customer core and warranty returns, research parts for technicians, and drive over-the-counter sales through excellent service. Occasionally deliver to local customers and technicians using a company vehicle, schedule truck loads with freight companies, and unload multiple daily loads. Maintain housekeeping, safety compliance, and property protection policies while meeting customer service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass 60 Month Motor Vehicle Record
- 3+ years of Warehouse experience
- General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory control systems
- Experience with warehouse cycle count activities, shipping, receiving, and storage
- Must be able to accept calls and work after hours
- Experience with bar coding, data entry and ERP systems
- Customer service experience and focus
- High-level of Organization and attention to detail (5S Lean Warehousing)
- Excellent communication / written skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day
- Must be able to safely mount and dismount a forklift
- Ability to walk up and down stairs as needed
- Visual acuity, speech and hearing
- Hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, walk, twist, and kneel to perform essential functions
