Track gross sales, compile monthly management and obsolescence reports, and coordinate parts marketing while ensuring customer service quality. Provide on-the-job training for staff, hold weekly department and manager meetings, and analyze performance data to drive efficiency. Requires five years of experience running parts departments and an insurable driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- at least 5 years of experience running efficient parts departments
- High School diploma and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Operator Driver's License (must be insurable)
