Job Summary
Oversee the Porsche Service Center Chesterfield parts department: supervise staff, maintain perpetual inventory and annual counts, develop pricing matrices and ordering criteria to maximize gross profit, approve stock orders, support accounts receivable activities, and collaborate with the Service Manager to set service and stock performance goals; drive inventory controls and implement marketing/co-op strategies to increase parts sales, while ensuring high-quality service to counter, wholesale, and service customers.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Parts Manager, luxury dealership experience highly preferred
- Excellent math and verbal skills
- Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle and pass pre-employment background checks
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Positive attitude
- Clear focus on delivering work of the highest quality
