Job Summary
Lead the parts counter team by developing, motivating, and retaining staff while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Manage inventory control and collaborate with other departments to build strong teams. Ensure closing skills and a great attitude drive success in this high-volume dealership environment. Earn commission based on experience and enjoy Hudson Academy for continuous professional development. Full-time employees accrue up to 10 PTO days annually and receive comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k program.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of High-volume dealership, Parts Manager experience
- Parts Manager with a proven track record of maintaining the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and build great teams
