Parts Manager

Job Summary
Oversee parts inventory, procurement, logistics, and inventory accuracy within SAP; supervise Parts Department personnel; manage supplier relationships, pricing, warranty claims, RMAs, and cost control; ensure parts and materials are available for shop and field operations; lead warehouse operations, including inventory counts, compliance, and process improvements; conduct customer and site visits; provide training; monitor inventory for obsolescence and serviceability; ensure internal control policies are understood, implemented, and maintained; maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders; support cross-functional issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in oil & gas, inventory control, or warehousing, including management experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong understanding of mathematics and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and general computer systems
- Effective communication skills across all levels (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and inventory management
- Familiarity with emissions requirements (moderate level)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Working knowledge of compression equipment systems (e.g., pneumatic/electric starters, fuel, cooling, lubrication, ignition systems)
