Job Summary
Manage and complete all parts ordering by quickly and accurately ordering parts based on initial estimates and communicating with vendors to ensure accuracy. Monitor deliveries by tracking parts status, updating repair planners, and inspecting delivered items for damage within two hours of drop-off. Receive and mirror match parts to repair orders, return incorrect items immediately, and drive parts-related KPIs by monitoring margins, inventory, and material spend. Coordinate daily parts invoicing in CCC One and support body technicians with reference materials and installation regulations. Lead the parts team as a mentor if applicable. Posted min pay rate is $15.00/Hr and max is $27.85/Hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
- Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
- Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software
