Job Summary
Manage and complete all parts ordering by quickly and accurately ordering parts based on initial estimates and supplements while communicating with vendors to ensure accuracy. Monitor deliveries by regularly tracking parts status, updating repair planners, and inspecting delivered parts for damage within two hours of expected drop-off. Receive and mirror match parts to repair orders, return incorrect parts immediately, and drive parts-related KPIs such as margin, pending credits, and material spend. Coordinate parts invoicing by ensuring daily postings in CCC One and support body technicians with parts knowledge and reference materials. Lead the parts team as a mentor if applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry
- Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders
- Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software
