Job Summary
Oversee the parts department and employees while returning a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory. Prepare and administer an annual operating budget based on Retail, Wholesale, and Customer-Pay sales. Maintain balanced inventory levels, establish pricing parameters, and adjust Days' Supply to minimize obsolescence. Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing and work with the service manager to guarantee parts turnaround for internal jobs. Manage inventory expenses and maintain aging guidelines. Requires minimum 3 years of Automotive Parts experience, previous management background, and ability to manage in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Automotive Parts Employee
- Previous Automotive Parts Management experience
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)

- Experience with CDK or Reynolds
