Parts Manager - CDJR Millbury

Oversee the parts department and employees while returning a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory. Prepare and administer an annual operating budget based on Retail, Wholesale, and Customer-Pay sales. Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with service department, body shop, and wholesale account requirements by establishing individual inventory levels and monitoring Days' Supply for critical categories. Direct shipping and receiving efforts to ensure timely processing and track expenses. Work with the service manager and shop foreman to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs. Maintain Inventory Aging guidelines and establish pricing parameters that generate sufficient gross profit while maintaining customer loyalty.
