Job Summary
Lead purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and logistics operations end-to-end for a high-volume service organization based in Canton, MA. Drive vendor performance, pricing, and procurement efficiency; ensure accurate receiving, tracking, and distribution of all parts; maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock optimization; coordinate staging and movement of materials for field service teams; partner cross-functionally to keep jobs on schedule and fully resourced; lead and develop warehouse and logistics staff to hit operational targets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in parts, warehouse, purchasing, or logistics leadership
- Background in industrial, power gen, HVAC, or equipment-heavy environments preferred
- Strong vendor management and cost-control experience
- Experience with inventory systems and procurement workflows
- Sharp organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Technical aptitude to understand parts, applications, and field needs
