Parts Manager

Parts Manager for Allegiance Trucks oversees the overall performance of the parts department, supervises personnel, trains staff on company policies, and drives customer service excellence. Responsible for annual marketing and budget planning, setting price levels and discount criteria, maintaining inventory control, and fostering collaboration with other dealership departments. Leads in safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., CFR 396 and CSA scores), maintains maintenance documentation per regulations, and supports retention targets (aiming for high customer retention). Also handles issue resolution with customers and vendors, and manages past-due invoices as part of department duties. Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of trucking/automotive management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory MVR. Location-based note: Newark, NJ with in-person duties.
