Job Summary
Manage spare parts inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels, preparing monthly demand forecasts, and developing procurement plans to ensure continuous parts availability. Coordinate dealer spare parts orders, arrange timely deliveries, monitor order progress, and follow up on outstanding payments. Oversee self-operated spare parts inventory, including requisitions, internal consumption, and accurate stock movement records. Conduct regular inventory stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective measures. Supervise the daily operations of the Spare Parts Center, providing leadership to team members to ensure efficient workflow. Prepare inventory and operational performance reports to recommend initiatives for improving inventory turnover and overall performance. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Service Director or Management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in spare parts, warehouse, inventory management, or the heavy equipment/automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement processes, and warehouse operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese
