Parts & Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage receiving, storage, retrieval, and issuance of equipment and parts to plant operations while conducting periodic physical counts and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain the system for an accurate recorded history of fleet and plant repairs by entering repair order information into SAP, including unit numbers, symptoms, and repair tasks. Determine proper layout for safe and efficient storage, implement best practices for inventory condition, and replenish stock according to MIN/MAX levels. Supervise daily warehouse team activities, maintain housekeeping and security, and coordinate with other departments for paperwork and maintenance cost reporting. Review DOT vehicle inspection reports and assist staff with special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Fleet maintenance knowledge
- basic knowledge of maintenance and equipment
- Minimum five years of previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control, preferably in industrial facilities
- Experience with Asset or Maintenance Management Software Systems
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
