Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and a well-organized environment. Lead and support a team of parts professionals, monitor department performance and expenses, process warranty and vendor claims, and oversee inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels. Coach team members, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the department meets operational and financial goals. This leadership role requires 3+ years of experience, knowledge of computer diagnostics and heavy equipment parts, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Compensation ranges from $26.07 to $37.80/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 lbs.

Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer diagnostics and heavy equipment parts.
