Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts department, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient workflows, and a well-organized environment. Lead and support a team of parts professionals, monitor department performance and expenses, and process warranty and vendor claims as needed. Manage inventory control to maintain accurate stock levels and maximize inventory accuracy while coaching team members and driving continuous improvement. Ensure the department meets operational and financial goals in a fast-paced setting requiring strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 75 lbs.
- The Pape' Group maintains a drug-free workplace and as such, requires candidates to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years of leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer diagnostics and heavy equipment parts.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and customers in an effort to deliver company parts accurately and on time.
