Parts Lead, Dealership Operations

Job Summary
Execute standardized work, 5S, and safety protocols to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Lead from the front by working side by side with parts associates on opening, updating, and closing orders while delivering competency-based feedback and performance reviews. Mentor staff to strengthen leadership capabilities and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Identify and prioritize process opportunities across fixed operations, holding teams accountable for measurable results. Requires minimum two years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing, a valid driver's license, and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing production environments with exposure to extreme weather.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience either in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment
- A valid driver's license + clean driving record
- Proven track record of leading and developing associates
- Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics
- An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to work with and through teams to achieve results
- Strong analysis and decision-making ability
- Proficient computer skills
