Job Summary
Parts Inventory Associate in Fenton/St Louis, MO, balancing office tasks (quoting, data entry) with hands-on warehouse duties. Responsibilities include delivering customer-focused experiences, creating competitive parts quotes, managing data entry, order processing, and billing, supporting Sales & Service with material requisitions, pricing, purchasing, and parts staging, owning inventory accuracy through cycle counts, and handling shipping/receiving using UPS, FedEx, and freight systems. Emphasis on collaboration with Sales & Service, accurate data handling, and maintaining safe warehouse operations; includes opportunities to contribute beyond core duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Two years’ experience in a similar industrial/technical/inventory position (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Great Plains or IFS (big advantage)
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or boiler systems (a plus)
- Record-keeping (computerized) experience
- Ability to work overtime occasionally (infrequent)
- Warehouse duties including handling/moving materials weighing more than 50 pounds; pallet jack/hand truck use
