Process incoming stock, pick purchase orders, and manage showroom merchandising, pricing, and maintenance. Handle inbound phone and online sales processing while delivering in-store customer service. Translate technical problems into simple solutions and negotiate with trade and retail clients. Maintain exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner. Report directly to the Branch Manager in Townsville, Queensland. Automotive parts experience is highly regarded, with a background in European vehicles being an advantage.
