Job Summary
This Parts Interpreter role at Truckline involves assisting customers in-store, over the phone, and via email; interpreting and sourcing truck and trailer parts; processing sales, orders, credits, and invoices; navigating systems to find accurate solutions; supporting warehouse operations including dispatch and stock control; maintaining a clean, well-stocked showroom; and working closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires experience in a Parts Interpreter or automotive/trade environment, strong customer service, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with forklift licence and knowledge of inventory/POS systems considered advantageous. Immediate start, full-time, with career progression in a stable, growing business.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Parts Interpreter role or a background in automotive, mechanical, dealership, or trade environments
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Forklift (LF) licence (bonus points)
- Knowledge of truck or heavy vehicle parts (bonus points)
- POS or inventory systems experience (bonus points)
