Job Summary
Identify replacement parts for HVAC equipment and advise retrofit of existing parts. Maintain current knowledge of product knowledge and computer programs related to Parts identification; collaborate with customers and Engineering staff to ensure correct parts are identified. Document part identifications via Help Desk software and handle requests received via email and phone in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate mentorship within the group and ensure internal teams are familiar with procedures. Strong emphasis on customer service, knowledge of bill of materials, parts catalogs, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Salesforce) as part of daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of Oracle or SAP preferred
- 1+ year of Salesforce preferred
- Work experience in an Agile environment preferred
