Job Summary

Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers with parts orders, accurately processing transactions via fax, phone, and walk-in channels. Look up and sell heavy-duty truck parts using manuals to identify correct components, locate out-of-stock items, and provide price quotes. Manage all parts department functions including cycle counting, inventory, and freight management while operating cash registers for payment collection. Process manufacturer core returns and maintain showroom standards. Work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11 PM, with occasional after-hours phone rotations for emergency parts.
