Job Summary
Represent walk-in store customers by educating them on NCU parts and services while answering phones and processing orders. Assist with delivery and route operations, including loading and unloading vehicles, and manage parts stocking and store organization. Increase sales volume through promotional activities and suggest value-added items to build customer loyalty and identify incremental opportunities. Order parts, fill back orders, and ensure inventory readiness for daily deliveries while maintaining accurate paperwork. Work with management to eliminate excess inventory and assist in flyer creation, EOY inventory, and warehouse tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Driver's License in good standing
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, reach overhead, stoop, and squat repetitively for long periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull and/or lift/carry at least 50 pounds
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
- Proficient with technology
