Parts Finisher

Job Summary
Perform finishing operations on various parts to achieve specified quality standards. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality control measures. Use hand tools and machinery to polish, grind, and clean components; maintain a clean, safe work area; collaborate with teammates to meet production goals; document processes and report issues to supervisors; participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist in training new employees on finishing techniques and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or finishing preferred
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or finishing role is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet production demands
