Job Summary
Drive parts sales, answer incoming calls, and follow up on orders while responding to customer inquiries and providing information and updates. Record departmental data, document customer quality issues, and make suggestions for improvement. Educate others on relevant policies regarding purchases, returns, and credit terms. Maintain familiarity with inventory products, merchandising programs, and ordering systems. Provide troubleshooting support and service, process orders accurately, and maintain an orderly work environment. Requires a valid driver's license, MVR in good standing, and ability to work any shift.

- Heavy and medium duty truck industry experience
