Job Summary
Accurately pull parts and tires from inventory based on Repair or Purchase Orders, then pick up and deliver them to customers, satellite stores, wholesale accounts, vendors, and internal clients. Verify payment accuracy and invoices, collect signatures, and record inventory movement while participating in perpetual bin counts and daily Express area stocking. Handle basic vehicle maintenance including refueling, oil checks, and inspections, and assist with daily housekeeping duties. Proactively communicate potential issues to management and report any safety or integrity concerns immediately.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- Must have a reliable way to commute to work
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to operate dealership vehicles for marketing purposes
- Must be insurable
- Must be able to exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 100lbs occasionally, 65lbs frequently, 25lbs constantly)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic mathematical skills using American units of measure
- Attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments
- Flexibility to work variable schedules
- Must be organized and a self-starter
