Job Summary
The Parts Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering parts and equipment to customers and vendors, verifying invoices against purchase orders, keeping daily logs of deliveries and pickups, and performing basic maintenance on the delivery truck. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders, alongside a focus on maintaining a professional appearance. A valid driver's license and related automotive experience or certifications may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications may be preferred
