Job Summary
A Parts Driver is responsible for delivering and picking up parts and equipment for the dealership, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, verifying the accuracy of delivery orders, handling COD orders, and maintaining delivery logs. Candidates must have at least one year of driving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy items. Strong customer service skills and the capability to operate safely in various conditions are essential. This position requires adherence to traffic laws and company policies while upholding customer satisfaction during deliveries.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of verifiable driving experience.
- 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; required to have California driver's license within 30 days following date of hire.
- Ability to regularly lift 30 pounds; occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform all essential functions of the job description.
