Job Summary
Order, receive, and stock heavy-duty truck parts and supplies while assisting technicians in locating correct components for repairs. Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and deliveries, and maintain an organized, accurate parts inventory. Process warranty parts, returns, and core returns, and perform inventory counts and shelf stocking. Keep the department clean and efficient, and complete other duties as assigned to support the shop. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with the potential to transition to full-time employment, where eligible staff receive health insurance, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn shop management software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
