Job Summary
Parts Specialist will assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts and accessory needs, research and identify correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems, process parts orders, work closely with technicians and staff to support repairs, review collision repair estimates for parts accuracy and pricing, pull and stage parts orders for technicians and customers, support dealership accessory sales, maintain organized inventory, and deliver a professional, friendly customer experience while collaborating with a team in a family-owned dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Automotive parts experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable attendance
