Job Summary
Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors while verifying items against documentation to ensure accuracy. Pick up parts from vendors and stage or return items after unloading the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift. Submit daily paperwork, receipts, and undelivered parts in accordance with company procedures. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and performing pre- and post-trip inspections. Communicate clearly with customers and notify dispatch of delays or delivery issues. This part-time role requires driving company vehicles for 6–10 hours Monday through Friday, lifting up to 70 pounds, and adhering to DOT regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and information in English
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical/Health Card
- Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles, forklifts, and related equipment
- Basic computer and calculator skills
- Ability to learn the company's inventory system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Must be able to lift, carry, and transport parts weighing up to 70 pounds or more as needed
- Will drive company-provided vehicles for 6–10 hours per shift
- Ability to represent the company with tact and courtesy
