Job Summary
Deliver automotive parts to customers, vendors, and dealership locations promptly while verifying part numbers, quantities, and documentation before departure. Pick up parts, returns, and supplies from vendors as scheduled, maintaining delivery logs, obtaining signatures, and completing required paperwork accurately. Assist parts department staff with pulling, staging, and organizing parts, loading and unloading carefully to prevent damage. Maintain the company vehicle and follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures. Provide professional customer service during all interactions while adapting to rush or priority requests.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years licensed driving experience
- Strong knowledge of local roads or ability to use GPS/navigation tools
- Ability to lift and transport parts safely (up to 50 lbs or more)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
