Parts Delivery Driver

Job Summary
Deliver parts and equipment to customers, satellite stores, and vendors while verifying documentation for accuracy. Pick up items from vendors and stage or return them after unloading the vehicle each shift. Maintain delivery vehicles through pre- and post-trip inspections, operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely. Submit daily paperwork and receipts in accordance with company procedures. Communicate clearly with customers and notify dispatch of delays or issues. Represent the company professionally, ensuring parts are delivered in good condition and customer property is protected. Drive company vehicles for 6–10 hours per shift, lifting parts up to 70 pounds as needed. Adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and information in English
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical/Health Card
- Ability to safely operate company delivery vehicles, forklifts, and related equipment
- Basic computer and calculator skills
- Ability to learn the company's inventory system
- Must be able to lift, carry, and transport parts weighing up to 70 pounds or more as needed
- Will drive company-provided vehicles for 6–10 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
