Parts Counterperson

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories; accurately process parts orders, invoices, returns, and credits; maintain an organized parts inventory and ensure parts are properly stocked and labeled; work closely with service advisors and technicians to fulfill repair orders; answer incoming calls and respond to parts inquiries; monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or special-order needs; participate in inventory counts and maintain records; keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-focused; follow dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines.
