Job Summary
Demonstrate safe work behaviors, manage daily parts operations including sourcing, ordering, inventory counts, and warranty processing, and handle inquiries via phone and email with product expertise. Provide relevant parts recommendations, communicate current promotions, and build hydraulic hoses for internal and external customers while maintaining brand loyalty. Provide on-call service as required, including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum post-secondary education
- 3+ years of experience in a parts service role
- Knowledge of the following system DBS, SIS, Word & Excel
