Job Summary
Receive parts in a timely manner and price out parts for estimates on retail, internal, and wholesale clients. Pull parts for techs and wholesale customers, verify shipment accuracy, and coordinate shipping with freight companies to ensure parts go out the same day as requested. Record and maintain part numbers, organize bin cleanliness, and assist with claim processing paperwork, including notations for damaged shipments. Print special order postcards and labels, notify customers of arrivals, and perform inventory tasks. Requires a valid Colorado driver's license, ability to lift 50lbs, and preferred experience with CDK and automotive parts knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detailed clerical, inventory, and shipping/receiving experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to qualify as insurable according to company standards
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
