Job Summary
Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with parts inquiries while accurately identifying and selling OEM Ford parts and accessories. Work directly with technicians to source correct parts efficiently, process customer orders and invoices, and maintain inventory accuracy through stocking and receiving. Answer incoming calls, ensure timely distribution of ordered parts, and keep the parts department clean and organized. Collaborate with service and sales departments to support overall dealership operations. This experienced role requires prior automotive parts counter expertise, strong catalog system knowledge, and excellent communication skills within a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
