Job Summary
Sell retail parts to customers over the counter, through the shop, or by phone. Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggest companions, and ensure exposure to the full product line. Pull purchases from stock, manage emergency orders, and answer calls for price quotes while assisting outside sales representatives. Set up daily shipments and deliveries, and support service technicians with repair parts selection. Replenish assigned inventory daily and issue credits for returned parts after verifying invoices. Keep current on new products and product updates. Full-time Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm with Saturday rotation and weekend availability required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in parts sales or an automotive dealership parts department
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment compliance requirements: Drug testing, background check, MVR
- Weekend availability required
