Parts Counterperson

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, reading and understanding the parts catalog to identify and quote parts, processing payments and credit authorizations, and ensuring accuracy of stock through weekly bin checks. Maintain excellent customer service for internal and external customers, pull/fill orders from stock, notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items, source emergency parts when needed, and ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience, with strong interpersonal and time-management skills, the ability to read safety/maintenance documents, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
