Parts Counterperson

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, including pulling and filling orders from stock and setting up daily shipments. Communicate with customers on parts status, answer phone calls for price quotes, and review body shop estimates to ensure ordered parts and pricing are correct. Read and understand parts catalogs to locate items, notify the manager of out-of-stock parts, and submit emergency orders when necessary. Verify that internal requests are billed on service repair orders and receive payments or obtain credit authorizations. Maintain weekly bin checks for stock accuracy and provide high-level service to internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment.
