Parts Counterperson

Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries, orders, and pricing while communicating professionally with service advisors and technicians. Read parts catalogs to identify components, pull orders from inventory, and notify management of low stock or out-of-stock items. Maintain organized inventory, review body shop estimates for accuracy, and ensure all internal requests are properly billed on repair orders. Process retail payments and credit authorizations while keeping accurate documentation and inventory records.
