Job Summary
Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating parts accurately and promptly. Maintain parts inventory by verifying stock, replenishing supplies, and organizing the parts department. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and resolve discrepancies. Use computer systems to manage parts data and update inventory records. Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area. Requires high school diploma, previous parts sales or inventory experience preferred, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary of $55,000-$65,000 per year.
