Job Summary
Manage the parts counter by assisting customers with vehicle parts inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Coordinate with service departments to ensure timely part availability while upholding high standards of customer service and detail orientation. This role supports the collaborative team environment at Rhythm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT, a Hudson Automotive company, within a state-of-the-art facility.
Required Qualifications
- Customer Service driven (proven track record of driving exceptional customer experience)
- Inventory management experience (automotive preferred)
