Job Summary
Assist service technicians and retail customers in identifying and purchasing the correct Honda parts and accessories; provide accurate pricing and inventory information; manage parts orders, including special orders and backorders; receive, stock, and maintain inventory; process transactions and paperwork; communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure timely repairs; maintain a clean, organized parts department while delivering high levels of customer service in a high-volume dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts; Honda experience is a bonus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic computer skills (CDK or similar system experience is a plus)
