Parts Counterperson

Job Summary
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish by reading catalogs to locate parts, answering phone calls for quotes, and reviewing body shop estimates to verify orders and pricing. Pull and fill orders from stock while maintaining weekly bin checks for accuracy, then notify the manager of out-of-stock items or submit emergency orders as needed. Ensure all internal requests are billed correctly on service repair orders and receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization. Communicate effectively with staff and customers to provide high-level service. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong math skills; full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and profit sharing are available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen
- Willing to submit to background check
