Job Summary
Locate, order, and distribute parts accurately to support technicians and retail customers. Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and DMS, then process invoices, returns, and warranty transactions. Handle wholesale orders, monitor backorders, and communicate status updates. Maintain showroom displays, follow stocking and binning processes, and assist with inventory counts. Create repair order parts lines with accurate pricing and coordinate with Service Advisors on availability. Support shipping/receiving and organize storage areas as needed. Full-time role with Saturday requirements; $20–$24+/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Lifting 25–50 lbs
- Standing for long periods
- Reaching and bending
- Saturdays required based on rooftop
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Customer service orientation
- Comfort with DMS and catalog systems
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years parts experience preferred
