Job Summary
As a Parts Counterperson, you’ll assist retail and wholesale customers with parts needs, support service technicians with accurate and timely parts fulfillment, identify automotive parts using manufacturer catalogs and systems, and process orders, invoices, and inventory transactions. You’ll maintain organized inventory and stock areas and communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a fast, accurate, and positive customer experience. Prior automotive parts experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license and dealership experience are a plus, with training available for the right candidate. This role is located in Waconia, MN, with compensation ranging from $20 to $26 per hour depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer and inventory system knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Dealership experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate
