Job Summary
Experienced automotive dealership parts professional needed to assist service technicians and retail customers with accurate parts selection; provide pricing, availability, and product information over the counter and by phone; pull and fill parts orders; communicate with service advisors regarding parts status and special orders; track backorders; source unavailable parts from vendors; process payments, invoices, and parts transactions; ensure correct billing to repair orders; maintain organized inventory and parts records; keep the counter clean and customer-ready. Compensation includes monthly commission based on department performance with additional bonus opportunities; benefits include health, dental & vision insurance, PTO, EAP, paid holidays, 401(k) and 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership parts experience REQUIRED
