Parts Counterperson

Job Summary
Primary point of contact between customers and the Parts Department. Responsibilities include receiving and processing all parts orders, understanding and controlling parts inventory, creating bin locations for new stock, notifying customers on parts arrival, notifying of shortages and damage discrepancies, processing accessories and shelving them, separating orders for each dealership, delivering parts to a second location, and keeping things neat and orderly. Ideal candidates have some prior experience in a retail, customer-facing role; dealership Parts Department experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and patience are key.
