Parts Counterperson

Receiving and processing all parts orders, creating bin locations for new stock, and separating orders for each dealership. Notify customers on parts arrival, report shortage and damage discrepancies, and process accessories for shelving. Prepare items for returns and shipping, deliver parts to a second location, and keep inventory neat and orderly. Follow all company safety policies and federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the Parts Department within Ed Martin Automotive Group.
